Terms of Service

By using Fome you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Fome, operated by Fome App, Inc., provides a restaurant intelligence platform that aggregates data (POS, social media, schedules, reviews, invoices) into dashboards and insights, including review management for Google Business Profile and other connected providers.

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and ensuring you have rights to connect the accounts you authorize Fome to access (e.g., Google Business Profile owner/manager, Facebook Page Admin). You must not misuse credentials or provide false information.

Our service integrates with third-party APIs (including Google and Meta). You authorize us to use these APIs under the respective third-party terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or policies.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Fome a license to store and display data necessary to provide the service. You must comply with applicable laws when using the service.

Except where prohibited by law, Fome App, Inc. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may close your account at any time; data deletion requests should follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA.
